We currently only ship within the UK.

Refund & Returns
We hope you love your new pair, but if not:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with box/lid they came in.
- We cannot accept returns on worn items or items missing their original box/lid.
- Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. It is recommended that you select a shipping method with tracking.

Aftercare
Q: How should I clean my trainers?
A: We recommend using a soft brush and mild soap for the uppers, and a damp cloth for the midsoles. Avoid putting trainers in the washing machine as it can damage materials and glue. We stock cleaning kits in-store and online.
Q: How can I protect my trainers?
A: Using a sneaker protector spray before first wear helps guard against stains, rain, and dirt. Protect spray available in-store and online.
Q: My box got damaged in the post, can I return the trainers?
A: Unfortunately, returns are only accepted for unworn trainers themselves, not for cosmetic damage to packaging.
Q: Any storage tips?
A: Keep your trainers in a cool, dry place and avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight to prevent yellowing and cracking. Alternatively store your fresh pair in anti UV display crate – stocked online and in-store.
